Уважаемые коллеги!
Из-за нестабильной экономической ситуации в России у нас возникли серьезные проблемы с финансированием международного фотоконкурса «Берега-PF». В связи с этим мы вынуждены отказаться от проведения конкурса в 2014 году.
Как только ситуация в стране нормализуется и мы найдем надежные источники финансирования, мы опубликуем новые сроки проведения конкурса.

Dear photoartists and fans of photoart!
Ufortunately, I will have to cancel “Berega - PF” photography contest in 2014. Because of some factors on which I have no influence, I will not be able to fulfil all obligations imposed on me as head of the contest this year.
The extremely unstable economic the situations, developed in Russia has led to that, business donors and non-government foundations which used to support our project are unable to provide us with the required funds. My attempts to promptly find new sources of funding were, unfortunately, unsuccessful.
I very much hope that the situation in Russia will normalize and we will be able to continue “Berega” Photo Contest, into which my colleagues and myself have already invested so much time and effort.
