New Titling Rule.

A motion was passed dealing with the titling of monochrome

and color images from the same original capture. That

motion was specific to exhibitors. Since then, the Board

has passed a new motion applicable to all PSA members,

competitions and activities.

NEW: Images meeting the Monochrome Definition and non-

manipulated color images from the same original capture

shall be considered the same image and must be given the

same title. This rule shall apply to all images used in any

PSA competition or activity.

PSA members working on Galaxy and Diamond Star Ratings

shall be allowed to continue using different titles of

monochrome versions and color versions of the same image in

exhibitions without FIAP patronage if both versions have

been accepted prior to August 1, 2018 until the required

number of titles for those images has been completed.

What's New !!

May 18, 2018

Hello Vladimir,

Avoid May-hem, make a plan to try these activities!!

Distinctions

You have outstanding images. You've probably been involved with Camera Club and/or other competitions. Why not learn more and perhaps gain worldwide recognition for your hard work? You learn more by entering PSA-recognized exhibitions. Images that are "accepted" for inclusion in an exhibition are eligible to be used by PSA members when applying for a PSA Star Rating. Star Ratings Certificates may be converted into Recognition of Photographis Achievement (ROPA) distinctions, based on the number of Certificates earned. There are more than ten ROPA levels starting with the new "QPSA" requiring only 54 acceptances. What's stopping you? Get on it!!! Details
